专利说明:
[0001] The object of the present invention is a manual liquid dispenser, preferably a trigger dispenser. [0002] Trigger dispensers are highly widespread and used in different areas, for example, for spraying detergent liquids, anti-odor liquids, liquids for ironing clothes. The production volumes of such devices are very large; more than 100 million pieces are produced per year today. [0003] Therefore, it is evident that an improvement in the structural characteristic of a component of the distributor or an improvement in the stage of the production process has a considerable economic implication. [0004] Specifically in this field, many efforts in the research and development of new components aim to integrate a plurality of functions in a single component, especially if that component can be shaped. [0005] Particularly, trigger dispensers are known to have a single component that integrates multiple function valve, for example, as described in the applicant's international patent application publication WO 2012/069939. [0006] However, known devices have some drawbacks, for example, related to poor repeatability of behavior in the distribution. [0007] The objective of the present invention is to provide a manual liquid dispenser, in particular a trigger dispenser, which meets the requirements of structural simplicity overcoming the mentioned drawbacks, with reference to the prior art. [0008] Such an objective is achieved by a manual dispenser according to claim 1. [0009] The characteristics and advantages of the manual dispenser according to the present invention will become clearer in view of the following description, made by means of explanatory and non-limiting examples making reference to the attached figures, in which: [0010] Figure 1 shows a cross section of a dispenser head of a dispenser according to an embodiment of the present invention; [0011] Figure 2a shows an enlargement of a detail of figure 1, where the distribution valve device is highlighted in a resting configuration; [0012] Figure 2b shows the dispensing valve device in a pre-dispensing configuration of a dispensing step; [0013] Figure 2c shows the dispensing valve device in a dispensing configuration of the dispensing step; [0014] Figure 3a shows a main body of the head dispensing device of figure 1; [0015] Figure 3b shows a cross section of the main body of figure 3a; [0016] Figure 4a shows an auxiliary body of the connection devices of the head of figure 1; [0017] Figure 4b shows a cross section of the auxiliary body of figure 4a; [0018] Figure 5 shows a cross section of a dispenser head of a dispenser according to another embodiment of the present invention; [0019] Figure 6 shows an enlargement of a detail of figure 5; [0020] Figure 7 shows a head frame of figure 1; [0021] Figure 8 shows a cross section of a dispenser head of a dispenser according to an additional embodiment of the present invention; [0022] Figure 9 shows an enlargement of a detail of figure 8; [0023] Figure 10a shows an auxiliary body of the head connection device of figure 8; [0024] Figure 10b shows a cross section of the auxiliary body of figure 10a; [0025] Figure 10c shows a side view of the auxiliary body of figure 10a; [0026] Figure 11a shows a main body of the valve device of the head of figure 8; [0027] Figure 11b shows a cross section of the main body of figure 11a; and [0028] Figure 11c shows a side view of the main body of figure 11a. [0029] Referring to the attached figures, a manual dispenser 1 comprises a container C having an internal compartment V for containing the liquid to be dispensed, comprising a neck N consisting of an annular wall on an X axis of the container, which by the annular edge B defines an opening A in the container to access said compartment V. [0030] The dispenser 1 consists of a dispenser head 20 attached to the container C to manually pull the liquid from the container and dispense it to the outside. [0031] The head 20 is pre-assembled and is usually sent to fill the container separately from it. After filling the container with liquid, the head is attached to the container. [0032] The head 20 can, for example, be coupled to the container C by means of a thread fitting comprising a threaded nut 21 (figures 1 to 7) or by means of a bayonet closure (figure 8 and the following). [0033] The head 20 is also composed of a frame 22, which can be coupled to the container C, preferably made by a single piece, to support the other components and make some passages for the liquid. [0034] The frame 22 has a pressure chamber 24, bounded annularly by a chamber wall 25, extending along a pressure axis Y, preferably incident with the X axis of the container, for example, orthogonally. [0035] The head 30 is composed of a piston 26, it is slidable in order to seal in the pressure chamber 24 along the pressure axis Y between a resting position where the volume of the pressure chamber 24 is maximum and a position limit distribution, where the volume of the pressure chamber 24 is minimal, passing through the intermediate distribution positions. [0036] Preferably, piston 26 consists of a head seal 26a and a tail seal 26b, spaced apart from the head seal along the pressure axis Y for the seal between the piston and the wall chamber 25 in the which one slides. [0037] The head 20 also comprises means of manual activation, adapted for the piston to move manually 26 in the pressure chamber 24. [0038] Preferably, the actuating means comprises a trigger 28, adapted to operate on piston 26, for example, anchored in it and coupled to the frame 22, for example, swiveling articulated in this or sliding in translation in this. [0039] Preferably, on the other hand, the head 20 comprises elastic return means suitable to influence the piston 26 or the trigger 28 to return the piston 26 to the resting position. [0040] The frame 22 also has a distributor duct 30 having an extension along a distribution axis Z, between a distal end 32, and the opening to the outside, and an opposite distal end 34. [0041] Preferably, the pressure axis X is parallel and separate from the distribution axis Z. [0042] Preferably, head 20 also comprises a nozzle 38, attached to the distal end 32 of the dispensing duct 30, to allow the liquid to be distributed according to the desired methods. [0043] The frame 22 preferably comprises a mouth 90 formed by a mouth wall 92, having axial extension, which communicates with the pressure chamber 24 through a passage 93. [0044] The mouth wall 92 is provided with an internal surface 92a, comprising a first portion or continuous cylindrical portion 92a ', immediately upstream of the passage 93 and a second portion or enlarged portion 92a' ', having a cone shape truncated, converging towards passage 93, articulated the cylindrical portion 92a '. [0045] The enlarged portion 92a '' consists of a plurality of projections 92b in a circumferential sequence, separated by the embedded passages 92b '(Figure 7). [0046] In addition, frame 22 is made up of an annular connecting wall 100 on the X axis of the container, radially spaced out of the mouth wall 92. [0047] Said connection wall 100 delimits an intermediate compartment 102 suitable to be placed in communication with passage 93 through the mouth 90 and in communication with an intermediate duct 104, which connects said intermediate compartment 102 with the dispensing duct 32 and in particular with the proximal end 34 thereof. [0048] Preferably, the intermediate duct 104 extends along the intermediate axis K, parallel to the X axis of the container. [0049] In particular, according to a preferred embodiment, the intermediate duct 104 returns to the pressure chamber 24, which is separated by a lower wall 24a that constitutes the lower part of the pressure chamber 24. [0050] According to an additional modality (figure 8 and the following ones), the frame 22 is composed of a secondary annular connection wall 112, on the X axis of the container, radially outwardly from the connection wall 100. [0051] In addition, the frame 22 comprises a ventilation duct 110 suitable for communicating compartment V within container C with the external environment; said ventilation duct 110 opens outwardly on the sliding surface on which the sealing lips 26a, 26b of the piston 26 slides. [0052] The head 20 also comprises the distribution valve device suitable to prevent the distribution of liquid from the pressure chamber to the distributor duct until reaching a predetermined limit pressure in the pressure chamber. [0053] Said distribution valve device comprises a main body 200, made of a flexible material, such as EVA (ethyl vinyl-acetate), PELD (low density polyethylene) or TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), attached to the wall connector 100 and the mouth wall 92 of the frame in order to delimit the intermediate compartment 102. [0054] The main body 200 consists of an annular membrane 202, fixed on the connection wall 100. [0055] According to one embodiment, in a resting configuration the membrane has a dome shape, convex to the intermediate compartment 102 and concave on the opposite side. [0056] The main body 200 also comprises an annular sealing lip 204, which protrudes axially from the membrane 202 in the intermediate compartment 102, suitable for resting sealingly against the internal surface of the wall of the connection 100. [0057] Preferably, the sealing lip 204 projects from the membrane 202 to a predetermined distance from the peripheral edge, in order to determine a residual part 206 of said membrane 202, which extends radially out of the sealing lip 204. [0058] Preferably, the residual portion 206 abuts the free end of the connecting wall 100 of the frame 22. [0059] In addition, the main body 200 is composed of an annular coupling wall 208, having an axial extension, which protrudes from the membrane 202 into the intermediate compartment 102. [0060] The coupling wall 208 annularly delimits a feed compartment 210, open on one side, towards the mouth 90 and the passage 93 for the pressure chamber 24 and on the other side through a slot 212 in the membrane 202 . [0061] Furthermore, preferably, the coupling wall 208 has an outer surface 208a having at least one end zone, distal from the membrane 202, extending outwards. [0062] According to a preferred embodiment (figures 8 onwards), the main body 200 comprises a plurality of spacing elements 214, which protrudes axially from membrane 202, on a side opposite the sealing lip 204, so that it constitutes a firm base for the main body 200 at the base 502 of the auxiliary body 500. Preferably, said spacing elements are arranged as a crown, peripherally to the main body 200, forming a sequence of ridges and depressions. [0063] In addition, the head 20 comprises check valve devices suitable for preventing the return of liquid from the pressure chamber 24 to the container. [0064] According to a preferred embodiment (figures 1, 2, 3a, 3b, 8 and the following), the check valve device that make up a plug 300, for example, a sphere, which moves in the duct feed 210 of main body 200 and a plug seat 302, for example, having a truncated cone shape, which defines the slot 212. [0065] Furthermore, said valve device includes retaining devices suitable for retaining the plug 300 within the supply duct 210. [0066] For example, said holding device, which comprises at least one protrusion 304, protrudes into the feed duct 210. [0067] According to an additional modality (figures 5 and 6), the shutter 300 of the check valve device comprises a flexible septum 400 placed to close the supply duct 210, articulated along a stretch of the edge thereof and separated by a cut. [0068] In said embodiment, the coupling wall 208 cooperates with the mouth wall 92 by means of a projecting lip 402, which slides along the coupling wall 208. [0069] Furthermore, the head 20 comprises connection devices suitable for mechanically connecting the main body 200 of the distribution valve devices with the frame 22. [0070] Preferably, the connection device comprises an auxiliary body 500, made of a hard material, in comparison with the material that constitutes the main body of the distribution valve devices. For example, said auxiliary body is made of PP (polypropylene). [0071] Preferably, the auxiliary body 500 is composed of a base 502, for example having a disk shape and an annular coupling wall 504, which extends axially from the base 502, for example, in the peripheral portion. [0072] Furthermore, the auxiliary body 500 comprises a bead 506, which protrudes from the base 502 towards the container C, which defines a suction duct 507 in communication with the compartment V of the container C, provided with a slit in the stem 508 which passes through base 502. [0073] The 506 bead is suitable for the insertion of a flexible suction tube. [0074] The coupling wall 504 of the auxiliary body 500, is coupled, for example, that it engages by pressure with the connecting wall 100 of the frame, so that the diaphragm 202 of the distribution valve device and in particular the part residual 206 therefrom, is kept adjacent at the free end of said connection wall 100. [0075] In the variant mode, which contemplates the secondary connection wall 112 (figure 8 and the following ones), the radial distance between the connection and said secondary connection wall 112 and the connection wall 100 allows insertion and settlement without radial interference from the coupling wall 504 of the auxiliary body 500. [0076] In addition, according to such a variant embodiment, the devices connecting the main body 200 of the distribution valve device for frame 22 are integrated with sealing devices between the dispensing head 20 and the neck N of the container C. [0077] For example, auxiliary body 500 comprises a secondary sealing lip 510 disposed radially away from the coupling wall 504. Preferably, said secondary sealing lip 510 has a recessed bevel 512 at the free end to facilitate insertion of the neck N of the container C in the access to the opening A. [0078] In fact, once the head 20 has been applied to container C, said secondary sealing lip 510 is arranged in contact with the inner surface of neck N to implement the seal between head 20 and said container C. [0079] Preferably, said secondary sealing lip 510 consists of the final portion of a facing lip 514, which extends from the base 502 of the auxiliary body 500. Said facing lip 514 is composed of a secondary coupling wall 516 that connects the base 502 with the secondary sealing lip 510, suitable for mechanically connecting, preferably by pressure, with the secondary connection wall 112 of the frame 22. [0080] Advantageously, the configuration of the turned lip increases the elasticity of the component, facilitating the insertion in the neck and improves the sealing. [0081] In the initial resting configuration (figure 2a), the piston 26 is in the resting position and the plug 300 closes the slot 212 of the supply duct 210, so that the pressure chamber 24 is separated from the compartment V of the container C and in particular the suction duct 507 defined by bead 506. [0082] Furthermore, the membrane 202 is separated from the mouth wall 92, while the coupling wall 208 is sealably coupled with said mouth wall 92 and in particular with the cylindrical portion 92a 'of the inner surface 92a thereof, so that the pressure chamber 24 is separated from the intermediate compartment 102 and thus from the dispensing duct 32. [0083] Assuming that a quantity of liquid is already present in the pressure chamber 24, when the trigger is activated, the dispensing step starts, where piston 26 operates under pressure in the pressure chamber 24, trying to push the liquid from the chamber pressure switch 24, towards the mouth 90. [0084] The liquid operates in the shutter 300 to close the supply duct 210 more powerfully; therefore, the liquid does not return in compartment V of the container through the suction duct 507. [0085] The liquid operates in the plug 300 and in the surfaces of the feed duct 210 developing an action that deforms the membrane 202, causing the coupling wall 208 to slide in relation to the mouth wall 92. [0086] The displacement of the coupling wall 208 is related to the deformation of the membrane 202; such deformation occurs in a particularly effective and repetitive way, since the membrane, in the resting configuration, is not coupled with the mouth wall 92. [0087] Therefore, in a first sub step sub or sub step of distribution of the distribution step, the pressure of the liquid increases in the pressure chamber, but without the supply of liquid out since the coupling wall 208 is still in sealing contact with the mouth wall 92, so that the pressure chamber 24 is separated from the distribution duct (figure 2b). [0088] The sliding of the coupling wall 208, due to greater deformation of the membrane 202, continues until, in the enlarged portion 92a'1, the passages 92b '' of the enlarged portion 92a '' suddenly opens, placing the pressure 24 in communication with the intermediate compartment 102 and, therefore, with the dispensing duct 32. [0089] Therefore, in a second sub-stage or sub-stage of distribution of the distribution stage, the liquid is dispensed out of the passage 92b '' open between the coupling wall 208 and the wall of the mouth 92, so that the pressure 24 is in communication with the distributor duct (figure 2c). [0090] The deformation of the membrane 202 is limited by the auxiliary body 500 and in particular by the base 502 which constitutes a strong support for said membrane 202. [0091] When the trigger is released, the elastic return device moves piston 26 or trigger 28 from the limit distribution position to the rest position. The resulting vacuum in the pressure chamber 24 and the elastic return of the membrane 202, returns the coupling wall 208 in the sealed coupling with the mouth wall 92 and in particular with the cylindrical portion 92a 'of the inner surface 92a. [0093] In addition, the vacuum, resulting in the pressure chamber 24, operates in the plug 300 to open the supply duct 210 towards the pressure chamber 24. The liquid contained in compartment V of container C, is thus sucked through the bead 506, the feed duct 210 and the mouth 90, arriving at the pressure chamber 24. [0094] At least for a stretch of the return step, the ventilation duct 110 is in communication with the external environment, so that air can be sucked in compartment V of container C, before being closed again by the sealing lips 26a, 26b of piston 26. [0095] In an innovative way, the distributor according to the present invention allows a high repeatability of the distributor behavior to be obtained in the distribution, since the opening of the distribution valve device is precise and repetitive, maintaining a simple structure, thanks the integration of valve functions in some components. [0096] In particular, advantageously, the device has a high operational repeatability especially in the distribution, mainly because the membrane, in the resting configuration, is not subject to any deformation, since it is separated from the mouth wall. [0097] Advantageously, in addition, the aesthetics of the device defined, for example, by the shape of the cover or frame, can have several configurations. [0098] This is mainly due to the position of the functional component of the device and, in particular to the position of the membrane, which prevents structural interference with the elements that define the aesthetics of the device, without prejudice to the correct and functional dimensioning of the same . [0099] Advantageously, in addition, the operation of the device is highly reliable even under strong pressures that cause a controlled deformation of the membrane, limited by the auxiliary body. [00100] According to another advantageous aspect, the connection of the suction pipe is particularly easy and has no consequences on the functionality of the other parts of the distribution valve device since the suction pipe is connected to the rigid auxiliary body. [00101] It will be clear that a person skilled in the art can make changes to the device described above in order to meet specific needs. Such changes are also included in the scope of protection, as defined in the following claims.
